Guild Wars is an Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG or MMO). It is based in a fantasy world which

the player navigates through with others online or solo with Non-Player Controlled (NPC's) heroes. The ojective of the

game is to complete quests and tasks to level up and improve your hero well advancing through the campaign to the

end boss (a very standard RPG theme). The game also offers a very competitive Player vs. Player (PvP) aside from the

standard campaign, the PvP can do done in many different ways included Random Arenas, where 4 random players are

matched per team and fight against another group. Another is Guild vs. Guild where 8 players per side battle for guild

superiority amoung the rankings. The game offers 3 expansions on the original Factions, Nightfall, and Eye of the North,

each of these adds a full campaign with the first 2 mentioned adding 2 new professions respectively. With all the

expasions it offers the players a healthly choice of 10 professions allow you to choose the most appealing class to your

play style. The gameplay in the campaign is done is "instances" meaning all online players can gather at an outpost or

city to form a party, but once the party leaves to an exporable map they recieve their our "copy" of the map, thus no new
