MAJOR WINDOWS 10 PROBLEM ( SOLVED )
Written by: Andrej997 - 20:16 May-12-2017

Okay so first i think this is a problem with the Win 10 KB 4019472 update because 3 hours ago i just fixed the same problem on my GFs laptop ( let me explain ) : After windows auto updated ( that particular update ) and laptop restarted the screen flickering started , youtube was lagging at 240p on a 150MB/s internet furthermore the laptop would froze after 10-15min of use i tried to clean boot but that only WORSENED the situation it couldnt get past the loading screen and i got the following errors 0xc000000f ( A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed ) and 0xc0000225 ( Your PC/Device needs to be repaired The application or operating system could not be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors ) so after that i tried doing a clean install with my USB ( bootable drive ) and that just bricked the whole laptop and only removing the battery was that solved after that i somehow managed to enter the OS install settings and after i did that the partition for the drive was corrupted and i had to clean it via CMD fast forward 2hrs i did a clean install of the OS ( build 1073 ) ( THE SAVE FILES OS INSTALL DIDNT HELP AT ALL )  and the problems were gone ( except the usual ones like no video ,audio drivers etc ).

I just assumed this was due to her using a laptop with an iGPU ( Intel HD 5500 ) and the Win 10 Home version , but after that i needed to restart my PC for a game that i just installed and windows decided to update my PC with the same KB 4019472 update after my PC did an update ( THE SAME ONE ) i got the SAME FUC*ING PROBLEMS but this time it is worse i got this ( http://prntscr.com/f74hda ) and my audio doesnt work at all NOTE i did not enter BOOT mode or did anything the positive side is that i dont get random flickering or freezes ( maybe due to my SSD ?? ), now this is worse because i have some sensitive files here for my clients that i cant backup so does anybody have solutions for this ? Im afraid to safe boot because it might worsen the situation

ASK ANYTHING YOU THINK THAT MIGHT WORK ASK I WILL REPLY

EDIT: So there was a power outage here a few hours ago and when i turned the PC on the issue was resolved everything that i have mentioned has been fixed BUT Win 10 KB 4019472 update failed to update 2 times and now when i restarted the PC again it failed for a 3rd time and caused the same problems

EDIT 2 : Soooo this sh*t was hard but i was able to do it first i wanted to get out of forced safe boot mode but i couldnt do it via msconfig (constant exiting ) so i tried with the CMD , there was some small problems but nothing too serious after 20 min i exited safe mode and the Win 10 KB 4019472 update was still not installed so i deleted it locally and downloaded it via MS Site and boom it worked i was clear but then MS decided it was time for the creators update ( build 1073 ) and proceeded to download it , this time the update installed without problems also i saw in the MS forum are having trouble there as well so i know im not the only one.

THANK YOU GUYS WHO TRIED TO HELP ME

PS: WINDOWS 10 IS THE BEST WINDOWS ( @Tzzsmk :P )

Solving 0xc0000225 will solve 0xc000000f too. So lets try solving the 225 error which says your pc needs to be repaired. First can you confirm there is a (Z:) drive?

Just see you have a solution :)

Open command prompt in administrator mode and try sfc/scannow
It might work, it has repaired a ton of errors for me in the past

if you have a spare hdd laying around could put that in and install windows on it and use that to access your main drive you could also possibly load windows 10 iso on a usb and see if you can repair windows (on a side note any system restores? as an option to do)

as Wolfe1924 said, your best bet is to install another Windows on spare HDD so you can access to corrupted HDD. If you don't have a spare HDD, you can install Ubuntu OS on USB and run Live Ubuntu to access HDD, too.
