Hello and welcome to my blog page! :D Now, I'm listing my top 5 racing game franchises for PC. I've been a fan of racing games for a long time, played at least 50 racing games :) There are many crazy racing games, and there are many realistic racing simulators - lets put them into one list to see what we get :D
1. Need For Speed - I'm a big fan of this franchise, I've played every single NFS game, and they are all amazing! NFS Hot Pursuit 2 was the first NFS game I've played, and one of the first PC games I've played... Then there were Underground series that blew me away, especially Underground 2 :D And Most Wanted was the peak of the franchise if you ask me :D Nowdays, I don't like new Criterion NFS games that much, but they are still ok ;)
2. Test Drive - This is really a unique racing franchise.. My favorite two games are Test Drive Unlimited and TDU2, because they offer you enormus open worlds, especially TDU2 that counts both Ibiza and Oahu, Hawaii... These maps are incredibly similar to the real Ibiza and Hawaii, so there's another great reason to play TDU or TDU2 :D Test Drive 6 is also great, though a little old :)
3. Colin McRae Rally - Great rally simulators, realistic too :D My favorites are CMR 2005 - I played that game a lot, it's probably the best rally simulator ever :D And the second favorite is CMR2 - Also one of the first PC games I've ever played :D I was in elementary school, and every day after school I would come with my friend home and play Championship mode in split screen :D That were good times, I miss them :( :D
4. GTR - The most realistic racing franchise for PC, as TeroMarsu said :D I really had trouble to learn to play it well :D My favorite is GTR 2, I like every aspect of this game, and it's Driving School helped me to learn to play this kind of games, so I'm greatfull to it :D GTR Evolution is also an amazing game, but I prefer GTR 2 :)
5. Ford Racing - I really like this franchise, though it's not very popular... Ford Racing 3 is an amazing game, there are many different chalenges... There are many, many Ford cars, classic, exotic, off-road... :D Ford Racing 2 is also great, though it has less features :D I also loved to play these games split screen with my cousin, they are so much fun :D
This was my Top 5 PC Racing game franchises... I hope you enjoyed reading this article :)
