Graphic Card Upgrade for Core 2 Duo

Postby adolphite » Sun Apr 29, 2012 3:30 pm

Please, I need some advice.

Currently I own a ESPRIMO P5925 Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0GHz with a 4GB Ram which I have no plan of letting go as at now. Hey, I got little cash :) but I intend to upgrade the graphic card as my CPU CAN handle all games currently  . Having given my CPU an undeserved praise, can you please suggest me a graphic card to help me get going and be able to play games like skyrim, Darkness 2, Mafia 2, Alan Wake, Homefront, COD MW 3 etc. if you'll ask me I will say a graphic card with at least 1GB.

I will appreciate if you will vist this link to help you with the choice of graphic card.

Ofcourse I am short on cash but if you feel there are parts of the system unit that will benefit from other forms of upgrade please let me know.

**ok. this is a late addition. I see people who post similar question quote some price range. I think I can manage $100.

Thanks in advance.

i think a ASUS HD 6670 1Gb GDDR5 will be capable of maxing out any game out there at 1366x768 res leaving the most demanding ones bcz they are playable at med settings.....my opinion.... if you liked my opinion then buy it at-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121442&Tpk=ASUS%20HD%206670
