i have to say that if your buying from newegg get your parts now because prices are litterly droping like flies there!! all the cpu are like 20 $ cheaper also all the cooling ,cases and ssd are so cheap !! and if you stay with amd ive seen the AsRock Fatal1ty extreme 3 board on a huge discount now so if you want extreme overclocking on a beatiful board within your budget take a look at it:)

Problem with some of the on-line stores is the fact i'm in Germany.... but using UK stores or Amazon i can get things free delivery thanks to it being a British Forces address.

But i have had a look at newegg and it all looks rather good, you might want to check out www.dabs.com really helpful guys and good prices on some of the kit.

Well i have most of the parts for my new build and all at really good prices, just on the look for a cheap Antec 900 case if anyone knows anywhere in the UK or Germany.
What i have so far....
ASRock Extreme3 R2.0 MoBo (79euro/£65)
AMD 1100T BE CPU (180euro/£149)
GTX 460 SE GPU (60euro/£49.70)
Corsair DDR3 8GB Vengence (52euro/£43)
Colors-IT 750w Gold 12CM Silent PSU (£26.50)
Corsair H60 Water Cooler (49.99)------waiting on Amazon
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATAIII 6Gb/s (£63)------ waiting on Amazon

The grand total spent so far then is.... £446.19

So with the "average" price of the Antec 900 case being around £80 i'm looking around £520/£530 which isn't too bad as i set out with a budget in mind of (£500 unless PC World get a new delivery of case's and it will only cost about £50).

Only bits coming from my "OLD" system (i mean Mosses wrote the commandments on this i think) will be the Sony DVD RW, Razer Diamondback mouse and Logitech keyboard.

So it has changed a little from my initial out set and i have procured all my parts so far quicker than i expected (amazing how much you can save if you stop drinking... imagine if i gave up smoking????).

Any thoughts on my amost complete set up would be cool and thanks for the advice, including reviews that i've read!

Cancel my last.... i have changed my choice of case for something with a bit more room and in my opinion not as bright and loud (in the style sence of the word) but it will cost a little bit more but also makes my life alot easier for when i get more bits in time (such as SSD, 2TB HDD etc)...
and the wife has spoken and SHE doesn't want lights with windoms looking at cables and RAM, like she knows what she's looking at!

I (and i mean WE) have decided on the Corsair 600T, even found a shop out here that can supply it for 140euro which isn't to bad, besides the above mentioned woman in my life holds all the "pocket-money" so to have her choose this case is a bonus as i really do like it AND she is letting me spend that little bit more...
Everyone's a winner!!
