can i run skyrim?

i know im probably in the wrong section but dose anyone know if i can run skyrim on med-high settings?

PS: i am a pc noooooooooooooooob

AMD A8-3200 2.5GHZ

AMD Radeon HD 6550D

RAM- 8 GB

Any help would be very much appreciated and if i dont reply thank you in advance

Maybe depending on your resolution.
But most probably low-medium without AA and AF.

But you should wait for Yeno or Felix to see this
