Hello, i am new to pc gaming, can i run shogun 2 and napoleon total war on high fluently?

i have the following:

GPU: nvidia geforce gt 650m (2GB Gddr5)

CPU:intel i7 4 core 2.3 GHz

RAM: 8 GB

Memory: 1TB

Display: 1600 x 900

and this is a laptop, will this run the games on high smoothly, thanks in advance to you guys

I believe so. Only extremely demanding games like The Witcher II and Metro 2033 will require reduced settings!
