Core i3-2310M 2.1GHz

Intel HD Graphics 3000 Mobile (Not Sure if its the right one)

Ram 6Gb

Can I atleast run it legitly?

nope sorry, you can't run bf3 either, cuz of the integgrated graphics :s

How much would you think building a computer thats decent too play games cost cause am really considering it?

If you're really considering it, you should start a separate thread with YOU TELLING US YOUR BUDGET. Guys here will work it out & give you the best possible specs for your budget.
With that being said, I think you should have around $500-$600 for a decent gaming pc.

I bet my pc built on newegg could be done for ~600 bucks... Prices here are mad. Lets just say for a gtx570 bought here you can get a 580 on newegg..

i have a little question

i have a pentium dual core e6500 and a gt220 1GB and i've played black ops for a long time on the lowest settings on 1280x1024 to get 50-60 fps, but now i play mw3 and i play on high settings AA x4 to get around 50-70 fps on the same resolution, but mw3 is a little bit more demanding, isn't it? :s

Black Ops are badly optimised and give random performance on random pcs, whereas mw3 is basically the same engine but prettier looking..
