Diablo 3 FPS Estimates

I can't play the beta. My video card is unsupported so I had to hit escape when the error came up and edit the D3Prefs txt file to even get to the login. Once there it didn't seem bad at all. However, I can't actually play the beta because I don't have a key and don't want to buy the game without knowing if I can get around 20-30 fps at least.

Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Intel Pentium Dual CPU T3200 2.0GHz
2GB Ram

Under display on DXDiag it says approx. total memory: 800MB

Do you need more information or is it at all possible I'll be able to run Diablo 3 at 20-30 fps with those specs?

I would love to buy a new Alienware or Macbook Pro (Mostly for film school but that would help for gaming) but I don't have the $1700-2000 I would need.

I spoke with people at best buy and they said I can't upgrade my graphics card and would have to buy a new computer all together.
