My laptop should run this game on low settings with little or no lag, so why does it lag much?
This are my specs:
Windows 7 home premium x64
Pentium Dual Core T4500 2.3GHz
Intel GMA 4500M HD
Direct x 11
3 gb RAM

Shogun is cpu intensive and that dual core is not that strong. And that GPU is also a weak gpu.

I know I have a very weak GPU, but is my CPU to low?

Have you recently "cleaned up" your laptop? Defrag, spyware scan and a few other things could help. Make sure nothing else is running when you play.
