Will I be able to run GTA V?

Hey guys, my first post in this forum. Will I be able to run GTA 5 on this?

I know there's no official specs out but some of you guys are good at predicting so will I be able to run it on this:

CPU: Intel "Ivy Bridge" i5 3570k @ 3.4 GHz (I'll OC this at some point)
GPU: GTX 660 Ti (Getting it 16th August 2012)
RAM: 8GB Corsair CMX8GX DDR3

Definitely be able to run it. Likely on high if not maxed out.
