Can I run Red Faction: Guerilla?

I played Red Faction Guerilla on the 360 and am now wanting to do so on my pc. I am new to this site so I don't know of you can see my pc specs or not (could somebody tell me?), so I will post them here anyway.

AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black edition
8gb RAM
Asus ATI Radeon 6450 HD 1gb
Windows 7 64 bit

Will I be able to run it? And if so, on what settings?

Yes. I am not sure what settings. I think it wil run on medium at least or even better. The game is not too demanding. But like I said, I am not sure.
