Please tell the exact GPU name.Download GPU-Z and check the name.

CPU is weak but I think the game can be playable depending on the exact GPU name. I think that neither GPU-Z will reveal the full name, better check the catalyct control center. I never had an Ati card and I don't know exactly where to look for this
