Running BF3 on a Dell

I am new here, just found this website looks pretty awsome. I was thinking about getting a Dell Inspiron
15R SE i was wondering if it would run BF3 quite well. Here are the specs. Muchly appreciated. Thank you.

My pc can run it on ultra and yet I play on low. It looks very good on low even. The reason for playing on low, I am playing competitive and low graphics actually help with visibility over distance and behind some objects.
