let's take mafia 2, it has pretty good graphics, not that good but it's ok, the gameplay isn't very good, you drive from place to place and kill some people, but the storyline, is just amazing! I'm someone who likes cutscenes, and there were a lot of them, thats why it's such a great game, the story is just really good. If you like shooters and a good story, i highly recommend this game to you

It is a combination between graphics, gameplay and story, obviously each does not carry the same weight and also it depends on the player.

Probably the Story, you keep playing it even the controls suck. Next is gameplay, lack of graphics? but awesome gameplay, go for it, then graphics, this is the 3rd because I'm used on playing old games. Sounds too. Replay Value? Meh, don't repeat games, so price then replay value.

1.Gameplay
The most important thing for me.You can't enjoy the game without it.It should be good.Games are not movies and the main difference is gameplay.

2.Story
Story is also necessary for a game. But not as important as the gameplay. However, a good story can make the game even better and interesting and without it the game will make no sense.

3.Graphics
Graphics are just to make the game realistic and enhance the gameplay. Now a days, they are also important for video games.People want to see the graphic more and more better.

That's all :D

to be honest the game needs a story, if there is no story there is no game, so without the story theres no gameplay no nothing so that pretty much speaks for itself.

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit has no story at all.So why it's the best-rated NFS ever? Selling more than 8 Millions copies? Something to think about :D

Well, graphics are a big deal for me in games. I love when games look good...however, that's pretty irrelevant if the gameplay isn't any fun. Therefore gameplay>graphics for me. ;)
