I think a 600w will suffice.

XFX Pro Core 650w 80+

See if you can find one and see if you will like it or not.

Its good, though it doesn't say it has NVIDIA SLI support (which would be helpful if I decided to go Double Card) - which is typical because XFX make ATI cards and not NVIDIA.
And it's also Non-Modular (all cables connected). The one I have on the list is Modular which is maybe a bit safer as you only connect the cables you need to use which helps with less chance of the overheating of the cables and makes the case look nicer and easier to find parts if there is a problem.

Edit: It does have SLI support, sorry. I looked on the specs and saw it.

there's no need for a WD blue . your using an SSD for your main programs and OS, so your main programs and everything will run super fast and only the unused programs will be stored on the HDD so you dont need good speeds because its a storage drive and not a primary drive.

I believe all PSU that has 550w+ is supporting SLI and Xfires.

Xfire 6950 1GB @ 90% load needs 550w. You can calculate the PSU needed. Just search it on google.:D
