. What country do you live in?-India

2. What stores do you plan on buying parts from? Some sites don't ship to certain countries.-Inside India

3. What your PC will be used for? Describe what you will use your PC ie: gaming, video editing, paper weight etc.-causal GAMING

4 What is your budget? Give the range you are willing to spend pre-tax and pre-shipping.-450$(23000RS)

5. If you have a brand preference. Declare your fan-boyism ie Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. Don't worry we won't judge.-INTEL Fanboy,ATI Fanboy

6. Is there anything you can keep from your old rig? Ie: monitor, psu, etc- HDD

7. Will you overclock it or run at stock?-overclock it

8. What resolution do you use and what game setting to do prefer (high, med, low)?-MED

3.casual gaming as in medium settings oin casual games(new games but not the most demandiong ones??)
4.thanks for the info :D
5.thanks for the info :D
6. does that mean you need a new case+monitor??
7. the res you have on the main site?(if it is the same on your main site then its low red not med)
8.OEM is usualy an OEM windows license , it a windows license that can only be used once.

also if you dont mind ansewring this questions too(optional questions):
1.do you plan on doing any overclocking in the future,if you do how far do you plan to go?
2.what settings do you like to play on (not res),also what's your prefferd FPS rate(20/25/30/60)?
3. do you want to keep that build with the option to upgrade it later or are you planning to build a new from the ground when this 1 stops working?
4.also do you mind buying OpenBox products(parts that come in a big nouber without a box, usualy a cpu cooler)?? some stores sells recertified parts in a lower price but those are used parts which were brought back into working condition .

im realy in a rush here so this is a basic build for you:
case-http://www.discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/Cooler-Master-Elite-370-ATX-Casew/12-cm-Fan-Cabinet.html
monitor-http://www.discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/Asus-VH197T-18.5-Wide-LED-Monitor.html
MOBO-http://www.amd.theitdepot.com/product_Asus-M5A78L-M-LX-PLUS-8GB-DDR3-AMD-Motherboard_P12854.html
CPU-dual core-http://discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/AMD-Athlon-II-X2-250-Processor.html
quad core-http://discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/AMD-Athlon-II-X4-645-Processor.html
RAM-http://www.discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/Corsair-4GB-DDR-3-1333-Desktop-RAM.html if you have the money but 2 stick so it could run in Dual channel.
gpu-550 TI-http://discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX550-ENGTX550-TI-DI/1GD5-1GB-Graphics-Card.html
450-http://www.discountsvu.com/compare_price/best-price-comparison/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT450-ENGTS450/DI/1GD3-1GB-Graphics-Card.html

i couldnt find cooling so its up to you to find. all of that is close to 450$ but due to major lack of time i didnt had the time to do the math. its a socket am3+ MoBo so you can upgrade in the future.

EDIT:i did the math now and for the quad core build+550TI youre going to have to go over youre budget(in about 50-60$)
the build with the dual core and the 450 is is 460$, so choose whatever is better for you :D
hope i helped

yeah i was thinking of an intel processor and the motherboard is uATx and my case only fits microATX motherboards so may be some other mobo.Besides the processor can be also be a intel dual core or intel core 2 duo too.besides if it is a LGA 775 socket i won't have to change my motherboard
