Confused about my GPU

Postby lewbob » Wed Jul 18, 2012 11:33 am

Hi, I recently bought a new laptop its the HP pavilion g6 1331ea

It says that there is a AMD Radeon HD 6620G + 7450M Dual GPU graphics card
When im updating my profile and putting in my own computer specs there is no option for this.
I want to get it right so I can compare whether or not my system can play certain games.

Is that graphics card the same as putting down having 2 6620G cards?

Im very new to all this computer stuff so if you could help me out that would be great

The AMD Radeon 6620G is the intergrated GPU portion on your Llano APU processor. I know the 6620g can be used in hybrid crossfire with some 6XXX series laptop cards but I am not sure about 7XXX series.

For now put your card in as a 7450M that will give you the closest results and you can only get better perform if the hybrid crossfire is used.
