This is really late, I know, but I figured it still had some relevancy. Maybe somebody will stumble upon this page and get a use of it, I don't know. Maybe the kid will get a kick out of somebody defending him.
The kid's 13. He's not speaking like you and I. We speak a bit more scientifically, whereas he most likely speaks a bit more casually. The same way people generally use "theory" to mean "hypothesis," he probably used "critical" to mean "a dick." It would be a mistake to assume he's speaking our language.
People being critical (in our, more scientific meaning, not the more general meaning) is what he's literally asking for. He's just not speaking our language, and I've noticed the more brainiac forums tend to overlook this. That's all I wanted to say.
