Same FPS at differents resolutions.

I recently I have bought a gt 440 ( to replace a gf 210 ) , it works well but in some games like AC:Revelation and Prototype 2 I've noticed that lowering the resolution the fps don't change.
For exemple in Prototype 2 I have 15-20 fps on 1600x900 and 15-20 fps on 640x480!
And with Assassin's creed 25-30 on 1600x900 and 25-30 on 800x600 !
I have the latest drivers( v304.79 ) and my specs are:

CPU: Intel pentium dual core e5200 2.5 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GT 440 1GB DDR5
Ram: 4 GB ddr2
PSU: 300 W
OS : WIndows 7 ultimate 64-bit

Is my GPU bottlenecked ? Please help me.

Yeah you'r right. same with me i've XFX GT240 1gb. its because games don't need just Good Gpu. A game want. Combination of Good Processor+More Ram+Good Gpu.

you'r ram and gpu is good. but your processor is not so good. thats why its unable to handle that game on more FPS. but your Gpu is good thats why no matter what is resolution it can play it on any resolution easily
