Low fps in BF3

Hey... I play bf3 and have all settings on ultra... My question is... Shouldn't i be able to have more than max 30 fps? Here is some info about my computer... Cpu is a intel core i7 2600k oc (running 4 ghz) 8 gb ddr3 ram standard... Amd radeon hd 6970 gpu... And windows home premium 64 bit. And asus p8 h61-mle...

Im more curious as to how did you overclock on a h61 board?

H61 are non overclockers, so... :S

but about my low fps i. Bf3 any comment on that?

It sounds like it has been limited to 30fps max if it never goes over it...

Definitely not a h61 board anyway.

Are your drivers update date? Have you checked the temps while playing? Vsync off? All of those things could lead to performance reduction. Also what is your res?

Well the temp is about 50 c and res 1920 x 1080... Well its not locked to 30 fps.. It can raise ti 32 or so.. Bur most of the time its at about 30 fps

that fps noumber sounds about right , on your res with those details i wouldnt expect much more then 40 fps . set AA +MSAA off and all of those fancy stuff down and you will get a much better exprience.
