9800GT vs 8800gt

Ok I keep seeing this over and over and its driving me insane. Why is the 8800GT rated higher than the 9800GT? The 8800GT even gets higher props on this site than the 9800GT but i can run crysis 2, black ops, and pretty much anything else i can throw at it at max graphics without a problem. I run them at 1440x900. I know that matters a bit. Ive looked at the tech specs and I dont see much of a difference other than the 9800gt is made to run hotter. in my opinion my buddy who sits next to me usually has trouble playing black ops at full spec. the rest of his pc is almost identical to mine. Abit of insight will keep me from going insane thanks.

These two cards are the same. 9800gt is only rebranded 8800gt and sometimes it has better prod. process 55nm vs 65nm. There also many versions of these cards but in general they are the same

There are a lot of mistake when rating the GPUs, some one should report this to Felix and try to fix the mistakes, sorry if i'm being rude to the administrator, but i'm doing my best to help with the forum
