Well clearly, as the tool shows, you need to upgrade your Graphics card. Now there is a huge price range for you to choose from so if you can provide how much you want to spend it will be easy to give you a recommendation.

If you are willing to spend so much money then I recommend you to buy a graphics card like Ati 6970 or GTX 560ti put it on your system, and see how it works. If it works then wait for about a year and sell you computer without selling the new graphics card. Then buy a new one and put the graphics card back in action. That way you will be able to play games until the new Intel CPUs and :D AMD Bulldozers caome out

I would go with something newer like 560ti, 570, 6970 etc. The 460 is not the best anymore.

I second this plan and as reaper suggested a 570 is also in play.

If your just changing your computer for bf3 you can go all out if you want. I was in the alpha test and my computer ran the game fine and im using an geforce 8800 gts 640 mb.

I would also like to add if your going to upgrade your video card to a high end one make sure your psu can handle it. I upgraded some components in mine which cause my computer to turn off after a while when playing games that fully taxed my system. I got that fixed today had to buy a more powerfull psu but my alpha test ended yesterday.
