Nr. 1: I don't know the prices that well of other countries. Here we use ZAR.
Nr. 2: Yes, some brands are crap others are better. Some brands have more than one model of the same card. (eg MSI reference gtx 570, msi twin frozr II gtx 570 and then msi twin frozr III gtx 570 then you get the exact same cards from msi, but only overclocked.)

So some brands are better, they oc their cards, they use better cooling or they just make the reference card and sell it cheaper.

Gigabyte and asus are great but they are overpriced. You pay for the name. So i actually prefer msi esp the twin frozr models and then evga is also good.

Hello there again. So I'd love to get the card that you were suggesting reaper my last concern is will there be any issues with putting it in to my PC? I've taken a photo and uploaded it so you could get a close look and let me know if it's doable. Thank you!

My advice, measure the space for the card and check what the size of the card is that you are going to buy. And check that your mobo has pci-e 2.0 x 16 so that the card gets used to its full potention.
But best you can do, is take your pc to the pc shop and ask them. If you buy the card there they'll probably put it in for free

You can use the gt220 as a physx card and the 6870 as your main gpu card. But your mobo needs to have 2 pci-e slots. And sometimes it is not worth it, because it might bring down your performance. So best thing to do is to find out whether you can run those two cards together in your rig, and then test it. Benchmark only with gt220, and only with 6870 and then one combined. That will give you the answer if it is worth it. You already have a gt220, so you can try it, but I would not go out and buy an old gt 220 just to do that.

i think i just gonna sell it to a friend of mine because he doesn't know anything about gpu's and stuff, and he laggs with minecraft a bit and he wants to buy mw3 --' but my gt 220 can handle mw3 on low settings or better, because mw3 is a pretty light game

Tell you friend to sli the gt 220 if it is sli compatible. That will give him a better chance with games. But the gt 220 is a bit outdated.
