In reality both a going to be very good. It just depends on how much work you want to do. Changing the mobo is a bit of a pain while swapping out the CPU will take 10 minutes tops. Both the AMD and Intel option won't create bottlenecks so you don't really have to worry.

However if you choose intel go with a z68 mobo.

h61 boards are usualy mini atx with almost no featurs at all. the h61 was created for people that want to get a pc going , not more then that. if your looking for fan control power on/off smart bios easy overclocking and all of that the p67/h67/z68 are your best options(the h67 isnt offering ooverclocking but it has alot of other awesome features)

plugging in a motherboard is pretty easy, and most motherboard are labeld and you just look at it and yo see where to plug everything in, but if your not familiar /good with it maybe ask a proffesional im guessing he wont take too much money for plugging it in, after all its just a 15 mins job.

I live in Canada and I use newegg.ca but I think canadacomputers isn't too bad either. I really like newegg.ca though. But if you can get it next door then save on the shipping!
