amd or intel?

so, this eternal question is actually pissing me off, i just want to say: amd way cheaper and intel is not that much more powerful, your opinions?

It really depends on what you are comparing. Compare intel's most powerfull cpu with amd's most powerfull cpu...intel wins by far. Amd is cheaper so with a budget you can get a nice pc...but without a budget...intel is the way to go. Look at fx 8150 vs i5 2500k...I'd is cheaper and has better performance...so intel wins the performance battle. Amd wins the value for money price most of the times. In the end...if you want raw power, go intel
