So you replaced 2500k for 1100T because?
AsRock doesnt suck, you just got one bad mobo or two... I had a mobo from AsRock for 8 years and worked perfect.
That nzxt phantom case doesnt have the airflow of a gaming pc in my opinion, its just fancy looking w/o as much features. For a case i would suggest Termaltake Armor A90. I own it and its a bit bulky but has a lot of space, great airflow, sturdy construction, 3 in built coolers and looks pretty damn good.
16gb ram is overkill and wont speed up anything.

a case that got realy popular the last few months is the CoolerMaster 690II plus, its slick design and great finish to it(no scratches and realy good material ) and the inside of the case is just fantastic!! lots of space for anything you need with all the grommets for cable managment you need(and even more then that). the air flow is fantastic and you can plug basicly any fan out there and it supports almost every rad so if you ever go liquid cooling your not limited to a small rad.
well you can see from the length of my comment that i realy like this case ,so if you get coolermaster thats defintly the best choice!! ;) ;)

btw about hating asrock because of 1 or 2 faulty motherboards its not that smart , asrock are a great brand and they offer quality components for a decent price, but you can always go for a gigabyte board ...

I have an Asrcok H61m U3S3. IT is tested by most budget games here in the Philippines. It's awesome.

USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 on H61 mobo. Cheap and awesome. And Asus is their sister company so they're both reliable.

talking about ownage, sir.

About the case,

Corsair Carbide 400r. One of the best cases.:D
