Split Second pc requirements but maybe i can still run it

Postby girls4free » Mon May 24, 2010 10:59 pm

Split Second pc requirements are and AMD 64 dual core X2 5600+,Nvidia 8800 GT,2.5 gigs ram,6.5 gigs hard disk. I have an X2 dual core 4800+,4 gigs ram,and a 7900 GTX card but i ran Bioshock 2,Ghostbusters and Resident Evil 5 no problem. I use use windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with direct x 11 and the most current display drivers. Anyone think I'll have problems with this or any other new pc game coming out?

Hmm that looks like it might be a close call.
Have you taken a look at the system spec checker on the Split/Second page?
But we would be very interested to hear if you get it and you find it runs fine.
You can add comments and a score on Game-Debate for games. When you do this you can also log whether or not you were happy with how the game ran on your system. Let us know.
Alternatively you could check out PC-Specs.com and that might be able to help you further.

The game runs fine with no real problems. I keep all unnecesarry applications closed before i run it. I had some arftifacts earlier but i cooled downed down the computer and run GTA IV to fix it,and now the artifacts are gone.

Thats great to hear. :P
So whats your thoughts on the game?
Do you play with a steering wheel and if so was it easy enough to calibrate?
