planning on building a new Gaming PC

I have a list of things i'd like to use, but i just wanted to confirm with you guys if they are any good or not, however I'm not sure if they would be alright for playing modern games AND recording them at the same time because i plan on making lets-play videos on youtube.

so, I live in Wales the UK, my budget is £700, and I plan on buying from Aria.co.uk and Scan.co.uk i tend to favor more towards AMD as they offer better colour quality and cheaper prices than nvidia for the power. I mostly game at 1280x720 or 1440x900 :P

ok so my planned build is:

Case: IN WIN Dragon Rider Black Full Tower Chassis

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43

GPU: XFX HD 6870((free deus ex game with this one)) for £127

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Blue 16GB ((yes I'm going for 16GBs, I know 8GBs is enough, but im future-proofing because its cheaper in the long run))

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K

HDD: 2TB

PSU: 650Watt Corsair

I can get all these things for: £705.76 which is pushing my budget slightly.

I also plan on getting this pc within this month as its my birthday on the 6th, and i have about £410 in my bank, and i hope to be getting a bit of money on my birthday to bump me up closer to the cost.

also I refuse to use SSDs because they are way overpriced for their capacity, £70 for 60GBs, when i can spend £10 more and get a 2TB HDD. It doesn't make sense to go for the SSD one. I dont care if their oh-so much faster, I've never used one, so the speed doesn't bother me, and my current hard drive is SATA, the new pc will be SATAIII, so thats got to be a lot faster than this lol.

How much cheaper is the i5 2500k? Because that cpu is already more than enough. So if you save on the cpu, you might get a better gpu!!!!!

the i5 2500k is only £20 cheaper than the i5 3570k :O, I dont think there aren't many GPUs ranging between £130-£150 that are better than the HD 6870 are there?

this is an excellent PC rig, I liked the part where you said that the HD 6870 comes with free deus ex game, and btw HD 6870 is performing a little bit better then the GTX 560 SC so stick with the radeon :)
