Need Help about power supply power usage

just asking if this items can run on 300 watts power supply

and i will buy a video card next week and this is where my question comes in because im only using 300 watts of power supply and my video card im using right now is nvidia geforce 7100 GS (512mb) and i will change to this: http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/ind ... 08800%20GS

pls i need any advice if my power supply can run it or do i need a higher one if yes how much do i need is it 500 watts or 600 watts.

I think you should be fine with the 300w.
