="TherealYeno"]The thing that concerns me is that 2 GB of vram might not be quite enough for an eyefinity set up. Is there any chance you would think about get a 7950 and crossfiring it later?
Hello Therealyeno,
Is adding a second same graphic card called "cross firing"?
I'm not familiar with the stuff u guys are talking about. Actually I thought about buying a PS3+ logitech G27 + playseat to play racing games. Then I cam to know that the latest PC's offer better graphics than ps3, so I decided 2 buy a good gaming PC < 1200$ for the gaming rig.
( I want it to be as real as possible without breaking a bank ). My idea was to spend <2500$ for the total setup.
Now my intention is to play on 3 widescreen monitors like I see on you tube

To support 3 monitors with good graphics, if I have to spend more than 1500$ on a gaming rig, I would drop the idea and go for a 40-inch LED TV that costs ~1000$ instead of spending more than 1500$ on gaming rig to support 3 24-inch monitors.
I'm really confused here now. Can u guys please answer the below questions so that I'll get a clear idea about how much I have to spend. => I guess the above configuration that costs me ~1000$ will let me play all the currently released racing game with maxed out graphics settings using only 1 Dell U2412M monitor.
=> To add a 2nd monitor, will the same be enough or do I have to upgrade graphic card?
=> If I add a 3rd similar monitor, will the same be enough or do I have to add a second same graphic card to play in ultra setting?
=> IF I have 2 add a 2nd graphic card to support 3 monitors to play in ultra, and If I choose not to add a 2nd graphic card, will I be able 2 play using 3 monitors in decent graphic settings? or 3 monitors would'nt work at all ?
=> If I choose to play using a 40/55/65-inch LED TV , will the initial single graphic card configuration be more than enough?
=> I think I have to add a second 2GB ram to support 3 or 4 24-inch monitors? (Will it even support 4?)
=> Do I have to add/upgrade any other component when I add a second 2GB graphic card?
Thanks a lot

PS : Sorry for the long post. Is there anywhere I can learn all this stuff? Since I'll be gaming a lot in the future
