Fable 3 System Requirements [pc]

Fable 3 pc system requirements have been announced. Minimum requirements seem like an easy entry point. Most systems bought new within the past two to three years should be able to get the game running.

Recommended system requirements for Fable 3 jump up quite high though. As more information comes to light we will adjust our system requirement tool (found on the game page) over time to better reflect the real world requirements for the game.

As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Fable III Minimum System Requirements:

OS: XP 32bit SP3, Vista 32 or 64 bit, Win 7 32 or 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz or AMD Athlon X2 4000+
RAM: 2GB
Hard Disk Space: 12 GB
GFX: NVidia 7600GT or ATI HD 2600 Pro
DX: 9.0c onward
Network: Multiplayer requires internet or LAN

well im playing this game, it depends on what style of games you like, for me its too easy and not enough action (fighting with foes) but overall graphics to me is OK and gameplay is good, so it is up to you will it be interesting game or not.

I can run it with max settings at 60 FPS (Vertical Sync Off in-game but on in control panel because in-game VS limits to 30FPS) during fights my FPS drops to 26-28... what's the problem?

For 40+ fps, go with low settings at your current resolution. But maybe it'll be better if you reduce your resolution slightly and set the settings on medium. Just turn off AA. ;)

dude the combination of your gpu and cpu is, no offense, ridiculous. your gpu is severely bottlenecked. if you get a new mobo and at least an i3 you can probably run this game on max with 16x msaa additionally forced in the driver settings :P with your current rig itll probably work on high settings too but you gpu wont even reach 20% of its potential with this old dual core you have.
