I don't think so. Your Gpu should be capable for low (I played it one time with my old Athlon 2 x4 630 and an ATI Radeon HD 5450 1gb) I can run it on low with reduced res with playable 40 fps. Your Gts 250 is much stronger but your Cpu won't handle this.

but bro i download it and play and i can play it on high settings with min 40 fps…
almost GD says me that i cant run any game but i can run it on min med set

maybe, I run it on Medium and get around 20FPS, which is playable. so you could probably snag lowest, I wouldn't guarantee you getting out of the 20s in framerates, though. It's well optimized, still no match for Driver San Francisco, Deadpool, DmC, or Metal Gear Rising on Optimization, though.

medium-high just fine :) I play it on medium with playable FPS, around 20, so you shouldn't have trouble.

Np :) If it stutters try med but i think u can easily manage high. I can max it with 80 fps (No drops etc)
