COD Black Ops is nothing compared to BFBC2, and this is a DLC, so you will need BC2 to play this game. But I would say medium settings because of your resolution. You may even get some high in there if you're lucky.

Eh, this DLC is fun, if you like Vietnam style warfare games. But I would just stick with BC2 only, since it just features new multiplayer maps. But there are a lot of houses and trees, so if that's your thing, so ahead.
