Why im gettin low fps, like 50 - 60 fps, then I go into 25 - 30 fps?
AA is OFF and all maxed out.

The action tends to get a little choppy at times when the sreen is full with enemies and that translates in major frames drops. You could turn off shadows for a boost in frames or turn down the particle detail option, you may also lower the resolution a bit.

Know what my favorite part about this game is? It's only 1.2 GB! I have a pretty good computer when it comes to processor and GPU, but I have a very small hard drive when you consider I game.
