At E3 2006, Codemasters revealed that a new McRae game was in development for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Windows PC. On 20 July 2006, Codemasters announced that the title of the new game would be Colin McRae: Dirt in Europe, and Dirt: Colin McRae Off-Road in the United States.rnrnThe title was released on 15 June 2007 in Europe and on 19 June 2007 in North America for the Xbox 360 and PC. The PlayStation 3 version was released on the 15 September 2007.rnrnGraphically, the game has improved greatly over Colin McRae 2005 especially with the added Direct3D 9 bloom and HDR which allows more realistic lighting effects. Also, the damage engine has been improved allowing the car to be deformed and damaged via the inclusion of soft body physics on vehicles.

On GD it says my CPU is 49% greater than the Minimum System CPU requirement but, my GPU is 644% under the Minimum Repuirement,

It says that I have 87% better GPU than you, and it says I have 6% better GPU than minimum requirements, so your video card is not the best.
I would say that the integrated video card will not work for the game (you said your GPU is 644% under Minimum requirement so the game will definitely not work). On my first post I meant to say that your GPU is very slow but your CPU is ok for this game. sorry :/
