Saints Row 3 is available on PC
Saints Row 3 has the option of advanced Direct X which usually result in enhanced graphics. If your system is not good enough for these higher levels of DX the game should still run ok
Saints Row 3 has a co-op mode so you can play with your mates on the same side, usually through the main story mode
Saints Row 3 is intiailly released as a download. It is usually an expansion pack so check to see if you need a main game before getting this. Saints Row 3 may be released in the shops at a later stage
Saints Row 3 can be played with a gamepad or Xbox 360 controller

I should also reiterate that the PC version of Saints Row: The Third was made in-house here at Volition, and was in a parallel development cycle alongside the 360 and PS3 versions. It is not a port, and will have exclusive features not found in the other versions.
