I have both this game and 2009. VT4 on high settings working perfectly, but I cant play 2009 on high, I dont know why... Does anybody know??? o.O :)

These requirements are crap, my 11 inch laptop which has:
1.66 ghz dual core AMD E-450
AMD Radeon 6320 (equivalent to 4330 I think)
4 gb RAM.
Maximum settings minor framerate spikes every few minutes, running at 60fps for 99%+ of the time.
