Go with low settings at low resolution and you can get 25+ fps. Just turn off AA. But maybe you'll experience some lags though.

I told you... you'd have to run it on the lowest settings at low resolution like 800x600. Maybe it'll be smoothly but I'm not so sure because your GPU is weak and you have only 2GB of RAM.
