hey guys i have frame limiter off and it lags sometimes when in smoke or exploding cars or killing people with a car… what can i do ?

Sure. Medium-low settings at 1280x768 (no way to change it to 1366x768 as far as I know) at an pretty unstable 40-60 fps. (Never goes lower than that, but it just fluctuates between 40 and 60)
