I'm maxing this game out on a 1280x1024 res and currently i have 70-200 fps
But the thing that bothers me is that at some points i have a random lag spike like every 10 mins or so
Is this because i have only 4Gb RAM is that causing lag

This game is maxed out on only 3 GB RAM… A rig with Core 2 Duo E8400 3 GHz, HD 5770 and 3 GB RAM should max this games no problem… But during online play, the CPU is in demand more and this might be where the problem is… Ideally, HD 5770 should be paired with a Core 2 Quad CPU… While the E8600 is only a slight bottleneck, it is nonetheless a bottleneck…

This is weird cus, I have a Core 2 Quad CPU (Q6600) paired with a gtx460 & 4 gb of ram, and getting roughly 10-45 fps, usually around 20. And I can't seem to figure out the problem..
Edit: Running lowest settings, everything disabled.

12:55 Sep-17-2014

Well that is indeed weird considering you should be getting 120+ fps on max settings with x4 MSAA even on 1920x1080 with that rig in this game…
