I got big problems with this game… I play 1360x768 all low, but with massive fps drops, when i press ESC and i'm going through menu settings… and when i get a kill from short distance… is painfull!

you might want to play at 720p your fps will improve a lot, also your iGPU is using about 1-2GB of your System Ram as Vram so you might be short on ram.

Just make sure that you don't have many things running in the background, software such as a browser and everything more demanding will harm the performance of your game with your current PC, but software such as skype, steam and a music player will have no effect on your performance.
