Your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU… A Core 2 Quad or i3 CPU is advised for HD 7750… But as for your query about this game: max settings… But your CPU may still be a hindrance… HD 6670 and GT 545 can max this game on 1080p so HD 7750 will have no trouble…

Actually if your motherboard supports Core 2 Quad models, you can get a Core 2 Quad Q6600 if you're lucky. They are reasonably common compared to other models.

My cousin has Lenovo G570 with similar specs to your laptop and he runs on 800x600 and low settings with a very playable fps… But he has 4 GB RAM in dual channel… Dual channel RAM can improve integrated GPU performance… So make sure yours is dual channel…

May be at that resolution… My Intel HD 4000 manages 40-53 fps from this game on full high settings at a 720p resolution… GeForce 8600 GT is slightly better than HD 4000… So I say medium at 1600x900 would be best because of his CPU…

3 GHz Core 2 Duo plus GTX 650 ti…? That rig is a bottleneck (Core 2 Quad Q8200 or greater advised for that GPU)… But you should max this game easily at 60-120 fps…

HD i3 M370 will run this game on the lowest settings but I am not sure about fps… Counter Strike is extremely fast paced and nothing less than 40 fps is advised… My HD 4000 BTW manages 40-60 fps from this game on high at 1280x720…

"Counter Strike is extremely fast paced"… cough…. excuse me for asking you this but have you ever played Team Fortress 2 or Quake, Unreal Tournament or maybe Doom? Now those are fast paced mp shooters not CS. I play lots of CS GO now days and I can tell you that it's anything but fast. If you want to see a real fast fps play Quake : )
