Back of the Box
FlatOut 2 is a racing video game developed by Bugbear Entertainment and published by Empire Interactive and Vivendi Universal Games. It is the sequel to the 2004-2005 release FlatOut. This game is themed more on the street racing/import tuner scene than its predecessor. Another notable change is the tire grip; players can now take more control of their car, worrying less about skidding in tight turns. The game has three car classes: derby, race and street. It was first released in Russia on June 29, 2006, then in Europe on June 30, 2006. The North American version was released August 1, 2006.

i have played Flat Out 3, and the graphics were horrible, i was supposed to buy this game instead of that..
now, i have this game, this is the best looking flat out out there, with the Fla Out 3, my GPU is struggling to get 30+ FPS at medium settings. with Flat Out 2, i can easily MAX it all out for 40-45+ FPS ..
why is this game so good with graphics and physics, yet does not demand a beasty GPU/specs? .. damn, i love it

Very realistic. Physics are awesome, so are the visual details. At first you'll be just crashing around and have fun with realistic car damage, but then you'll get better and maximum enjoyment is guaranteed. Calling this game ''smash 'em all'' type of game is just too shallow.

I agree with all of you. It would be perfect if all the games would have low specs and big quality like this. But you can't have it all. We must be happy with what we have. Much better than nothing in my opinion
