Your download speed does not have much to do with the actual performance you'll get on your computer. It just means your internet speed is pretty good for it to be downloading at 2500kb/s. Seeing as how your graphics card is integrated, hence the "M" at the end of your graphics card. You'll get only around 30-40 on low-medium settings while having it drop to 25-30 on more intense moments (explosions, a lot of particles on screen, etc.)

yes is very playable i suggest turn off aa and v-sync maybe you can got 60 steady fps and lower your resolution a bit :)

I would say no need for lower resolution. I play the game high settings with no AA and you got much better PC. You may be able to squeeze some AA
