yeah no aa and maybe a few tweaks to shades and you should be fine, i had a rig like this and it was fine.

go for med-high. 9800 GT is a decent gpu still for this game :)

Max, 60 fps because you should probably use vsync. btw, on a different note i wouldn't worry about the ''Fixes'' for the COTD. They only make it worse on the FX line. I get a good 2-3 hours sometimes before a crash. Enjoy

this game its bad optimized i run this game capped 35 frames well but it drops most of the times everywhere i go and it keeps freezing

Will I be able to MOD FALLOUT 3?
