Anti-aliasing. The level of anti-aliasing (often referred to as AA) the gamer had turned on.

Screen Resolution. Flat screens have a native screen resolution. To get the clearest picture it is best for a gamer to play at their native screen resolution but sometimes this is not possible due to system performance limitations.
