Screen freeze? that should happen despite of weak CPU.That GPU is bottlenecked by your CPU.I assume that your FPS is high at some mom nets but drop in some intensive areas? You should lower shadows and ambient occlusion because they are mostly rendered by CPU.

You should probably get 35-55 fps on High detail. (Though maybe turn down some anti-aliasing or shadow effects ect.)

the site is a bit wrong because i get 6 for cpu 10 for gfx and 6 for ram
but battlefield runs at 60-50 fps for me on ultra without v-sync and anti aliasing

Yeap high won't be the problem on single player but for multiplayer and bigger maps i suggest you lowering your graphics details to ensure smoothness :D
