It lags too badly on my computer even with all settings low, I bought the game thinking my gpu was -100% and if i had it on lowest I could run it, but I looked and its actually -1000% ... lol.. at least I bought it on sale I suppose.

I compared your rig to the recommended requirements, and your CPU is fine but your graphics card isn't. But since it doesn't say what the minimum requirements are, I'm not really sure if you can run it or not. :)
