yes u can run this for sure. U just have to tweak some settings..and you can play it with good speed. The game is very much optimized.

Its well optimized for PC.I am Able to play on Intel HD 3000 with 4gb RAM at 10-12fps (On 1366*768 res.)Just playable but for my rig good enough

Highest settings with no AA. I recommend upgrading to a current i5 CPU sometime. :)
