Wings of Liberty features The Terrans
They are the descendents of a disastrous colonization expedition launched from Earth centuries ago, its human cargo made up of dissidents and malcontents the government deemed expendable.
Forced to adapt to the harsh existence on the mostly lifeless worlds of the sector, the terrans are masters of survival.

low should provide playable FPS at your res. If it lags, try disabling V-sync or AA.

will certainly help, but probably mostly low still as your CPU is basically just meets the minimum requirements. Maybe if you turn off stuff such as anti-aliasing and V-Synch you can move some to medium. I'd say just try it out if you can and experiment a little, as that is ultimately the best way to see if a game will run:)

I think you probably can, but might have to turn down antialiasing or V-Sync (which both seem to impact performance more in my experience, than hi textures and shadows).
