Should be no problem. I think you can even get about 100fps.

Can I run this? Dont care too much about FPS, unless I can't get enough to be playable. And I'm not talking playable by common definition (aka min 30), I'm fine with 20 or 15, depending on the game. If someone could respond, that'd be great

My rig is worst than yours and with the game tweaked i can get playable fps, around 10-25 depending on what you're looking at. So yeah, with some optimization you should be able to play just fine.

How in god's name is 15fps even remotely playable, even by UNcommon definition? Does looking at that not make you feel like you're going to have an aneurysm?

I feel you man, an upgrade is on the horizon for me too. Didn't mean to offend, I just have weird eyes I guess, or I'm spoiled. Anything under 60 drives me mad.
